Our educational programs and content help people connect the dots between their actions, larger systems, and our planet. We focus heavily on providing tangible actions that people can take so people feel empowered instead of overwhelmed.
Organizing
The movement for zero waste is broad and there are tons of great people working on solutions.
ZeroWaste.Org supports people, orgs, and businesses doing great work by providing organizing resources, web services, and putting on events that celebrate all the different ways people are working towards zero waste.
Advocacy
We can’t solve everything on our own! We need strong public policy to back our initiatives and help shape norms around waste.
We work closely with city and state legislators to push for policy solutions like universal composting, right to repair, plastic bag bans and more.
